Imagination misused
You gotta have a level of conviction that it’ll happen. That whatever you’re trying to do will happen. That it’ll all work out.
And it will.
I mean hell the same energy that turns seeds into forests is within you.
I am continually amazed at the complexity of it all. How it all fits together.
One cell churning over and over doing cities and decades worth of work every second. And then times this by every cell and every organism and every city and every plant and every fungus.
And it goes on and on.
So feel the fears of whatever it is not working out... sure...
But realise that’s a large part of your imagination misused.
Wouldn’t it be better spent elsewhere?
Letting the next idea come to you.
Figuring a way out of a shit situation.
Or finding a better way to endure the on you’re currently in.
There are millions and millions and millions of people and creatures and animals and cells and bacteria and rocks and elements and black holes and stars who’ve lived their whole lives to create the world around you and you sit there and imagine every possible way something could go wrong.
I get lost in it too sometimes.
Yes yes yes... I’ll acknowledge some of these imaginings being correct and things do indeed go wrong.
But c’mon, you can handle a few setbacks. Call it a change in direction, a learning, a breeze in the wind, another hill to climb. Hills are fun.
Plus, I’m sure you can imagine a better way. That’s a good use of imagination.
It’s a fight worth fighting.
Put your hands up kid, let’s dance.
